Google has come up with a free utility known as Google Takeout. All you are required to do is search for “Google Takeout” in Google Apps, click on the link and you will be redirected to a page where you will have options of archiving your data or any services that you want to back up. Back up Google has never been easier.

The application also allows you to select the format in which you want your data to be backed up. After backing up, Google will sort your data in one folder, which is downloadable and easily stored in a storage device like your hard disk. Back up Google is also flexible and simple to use.
